Shipping policy

At South Beach Tan, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from our warehouse.
Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery
We partner with trusted South African courier services to provide fast, reliable nationwide delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Main Centers: 3–5 business days
Regional & Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Fees
Flat Rate: R100.00 on orders below R1,000.00
FREE Nationwide Shipping: On orders of R1,000.00 or more

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
We recommend tracking your parcel to stay updated on its delivery status and to ensure someone is available to receive it.

Delivery Address
We currently deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate when placing your order. We are unable to deliver to:
P.O. Boxes
Farms or remote locations not serviced by our courier partners

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing enquiries@southbeachtan.co.za.
Please include your order number and photographs of the parcel and product to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
